Sanitization and sanitation of the rooms
At each departure the bedroom and the bathroom are sanitized, sanitized and ventilated for at least 60 minutes;
Our air conditioning systems are autonomous in each room and in any case we have arranged more frequent cleaning of the air conditioning systems;

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff
Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff and a Safety Kit will be available for guests (Mask, disinfectant gel sachets and disposable gloves). Guests will also find hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all public areas of the hotel.
Sanitation and reorganization of common areas
All the common areas of the hotel are sanitized and sanitized several times a day with specific equipment. The areas have been reorganized to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security. In this regard, special signs have been prepared that will help the guest to maintain the appropriate distance, to follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes to enter and leave the hotel and common areas.
New service methods and food & beverage proposals
Breakfast is served exclusively in the room with an innovative Breakfast Box. The Buffett and paper menus have been eliminated.
All the staff of the Hotel was trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards envisaged by the safety protocol and the certification process.
